Should I Self abort? HELP!!!?

I just found out im pregnant i got knocked up by my sisters boyfriend and i just found out she would be furious and throw me out the flat we share. I don't have enough money to move out and she works and the doctors surgery i would go to so i cant go there. HELP xxxxxxxxx
