Thrush as side effect for flagyl or ciprofloxacin?

I was prescribed flagyl and ciprofloxacin for my pouchitis (I had Jpouch surgery to remove my colon a while ago). I've been on these anitbiotics for a little less than a week and just noticed a white film on my tongue. It also feels like cotton is in my mouth. I think it is thrush. Is this a side effect of either medication? How do you treat the thrush?
