What is the episode of 1,000 ways to die where a ladys breast makes her out of breath?

There was an episode of 1,000 ways to die and a lady was on this excersizing thing and she went upside down on it and she had like 6 surgeries on her breast so it was really big. So the lady I think she got sufficated from her huge breast and it wasn't allowing her to breathe. So I really want to know what episode that is and if you can give me a link to watch it please.
