Please help!! i need to know if my nose will stay like this read the more details please!!?

i just got nose surgery today and i was replacing my gauze under the nose and i noticed that my nostrils are really raised and it looks very wierd. im worried that there going to stay like this. will they? or is it just the cast pulled the nostrils up???? please help im freaking out
