Plastic surgery? what should I..?

I'm planing to get myself plastic surgery I'm only 18 but I've saved up, but what do you think is more important first to get my boobs done, my eye cosmetically corrected so they look straight instead of wander, or should I get botox first I want my skin on my forehead tighter I know it isnt surgery botox, but it costs a lot I presume, so what should I get first what do you think is most important to fix?
