How long will nausea last from Percocet?

I had surgery yesterday to put pins in my broken finger. Pretty excruciating today and I took 2 percocet 7.5 mg with a little bit of food first thing this morning. 10 hours later, I'm still throwing up. I've tried eating toast, crackers, etc but nothing will stay down. I haven't taken any more and have been taking Advil to try and manage the pain. Not working. So now I'm in miserable pain and throwing up! Just wondering how long its going to take to get the percocet out of my system.
